"Looking out the window, she saw people picking their way across the wet parking lot between the little groups that huddled over wounded victims. Dr. Feinberg was moving from island to island, apparently dispensing medical advice. The victims looked like survivors of a hurricane or earthquake."
—Description[src]

Dr Feinberg (fl.2013) was a doctor at the Fell's Church clinic.

BiographyEdit

"Dr Feinberg was talking to the guy who did the autopsy, the medical examiner. And he said that there was no blood left in the body at all. Not a drop."
Bonnie McCullough[src]

Dr Feinberg learnt from the medical examiner that Mr Tanner's body had been completely drained of blood, which he told Mary McCullough.[2] Seeing the lacerations made by teeth in Tanner's neck, he told Brian Newcastle, who called Alaric Saltzman in to investigate, as the pair believed that Tanner's murder and the attack on the homeless man were vampire-attacks.[3]

Dr Feinberg met with Alaric and Newcastle at the Ramsey house before Elena Gilbert's memorial service, as the three correctly believed that Elena had become a vampire. Dr Feinberg trusted Alaric, while Newcastle came to doubt his ability to find and kill the vampires.[4]

Dr Feinberg attended the memorial service at Reverend Bethea's church, rushing around with the reverend and Colin McCullough as the Influenced dogs attacked.[5] After the attack, he ran around the parking lot dispensing medical advice to the injured.[6]

Physical descriptionEdit

Dr Feinberg was a small man, with a curved nose shaped like the beak of a hawk.[7]
